Return Policy
Changed your mind? We get it—but here’s what you need to know:
- We don’t offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
- Final sale items, samples, gift cards, earrings, headwear, and beauty products (including lashes and skincare) are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
- If you exchange an item for something of lesser value, we won’t refund the price difference.
- Sale or discounted items purchased with codes are only eligible for store credit.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, please ensure:
- Items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
- Products are in resaleable condition (just like you received them).
- Return requests are made within 10 business days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping
Just a few things to keep in mind:
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs (non-refundable).
- Please use trackable shipping—we can’t take responsibility for lost parcels.
- If your return doesn’t meet our criteria, we return the items back to you at your expense.
Promotional Purchases
Snagged a full-priced item with a discount code or during a promo event?
No worries! If approved for a return, we’ll issue store credit only—no refunds.
